OPTI Manufacturing is committed to the manufacture and service of Aircraft Cable Tensiometers of excellent quality, and to providing Cable and Wire Harness products that meet or exceed the requirements of our aerospace and/or defense customers. We are continuously seeking to improve the effectiveness of our AS 9100:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System.
In order to achieve the highest quality, OPTI conducts checks and rigorous tests at every stage, from the initial design to the final assembly. We ensure every supplier complies or exceeds the specifications and quality standards for every part and service supplied. Non-conforming parts, materials, or services will be rejected.
To ensure our quality and make sure we get the product right the first time, our employees are highly trained to identify problems during production and assembly, and we take immediate action to correct any issues in-house. Our employees also implement preventive actions in order to prevent future non-conforming products.
As a standard operating procedure of our Quality System, we perform Incoming Material Inspections and Certifications, Work-in-Process Inspections, Final Assembly Inspections, NCMR’s (non-conforming material reports), First Article Test Reports, and Material Certifications from the OEM, among others.
Our efforts to continuously improve our quality don’t stop there: we are currently pursuing and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques. Please stay tuned to our website for new information about the status of these new quality developments.
